Visit to a public primary school in Kaduna South Local Government Areas to speak to the pupils on poverty and how it affects livelihoods. The talk also centered on the role of the government to be responsive to the people by eradicating poverty in the society so that Nigeria can advance in the community of nations. Pupils who came to school without shoes received a pair of slippers each.
YAMAA is dedicated to working with campus and community leaders to find solutions to these problems and to show their commitment to the fight against extreme poverty and inequality.
The goals of our campaign for the STAND UP AND Take Action against poverty and inequality are to:

Along with the National Youth Service MDGs Club, Center for Development and Advocacy, a march would take place from Magajin Gari Secretariat of Kaduna North Local Government Council to Ahmadu Bello sensitizing people on the ever busy business neighbourhood on the MDGs and how the Federal Government is faring in reducung poverty and attaining the MDGS.
