This Friday from 8-11pm Education Without Borders International will be sponsoring an evening of live music at No Future Cafe in Pasadena. The concert is part of the Coffee for a Cause campaign at No Future Cafe – a safe place for young people to perform and experience music, and now a supporter of local non-profits for youth and communities. The talent will come from the far reaches of the Blair IB campus! From the world’s greatest air guitar band to Ahmad Ballard’s Thelonious like Jazz piano, to spoken-word and Hip Hop. It is sure to be an eclectic evening. In between acts we will be sharing our experiences at the 2008 PeaceJam and chill with like minded youth from around LA.

Admission is $5, one dollar of which will go towards a scholarship fund for a local youth to attend an EdIntl summer program in 2009. EdIntl will also be sponsoring two youth to attend the United Nations Association of Pasadena celebration of UN Day on November 1st at the Art Center College of Design. Hope to see you there!
