The 2nd annual Music4Change Vancouver is a benefit concert that will be held on Friday, October 17th, 2008, at Richard’s on Richards club in Vancouver. The show is in recognition of the United Nation Designated Day for the Eradication of Poverty (October 17th). It is a showcase of Canadian independent music.

Many activities have been organised in eastern DRC. Football matches in Kisangani, Lubumbashi, Kinshasa, Bukavu, Kamanyola, Kamituga, Penekusu, Goma, and Kindu, carnavals in Kinshasa and Lubumbashi, marches and rallies, conferences, workshops, debates, and concerts.
The event in Monrovia at the Sport Commission brought together students, school administrators, civil society executives, journalists and political leaders. The process was marked by parade through the principal streets of Monrovia, traditional culture and singing performances and the reading of the pledge.
This event was held at Citadelle, Port-Louis.The Reading of pledge was organised by Art of Living YES+ team. The deputy Prime Minister of Mauritius was present. All people stood up while the pledge was read.
