A week after Stand Up we will get in touch with some questions about your action and what effect it had. The most interesting actions will we featured on our website.

Create your event

Add your event to StandAgainstPoverty.org and share it with your friends.
Download resources for making flyers, posters, and other materials to spread the word.

Remember, you can add more than one event. Just click the "Add event" link in the menu above, or click here.

At your event on October 17-19

During your event, gather everyone together and ask everyone to Stand Up together for 1 minute
Capture videos, photos, and audio from your event if possible
Make sure to count the number of people participating (you can estimate for big groups)

Immediately after your event

Please remember the deadline for recording numbers is 19:00GMT on October 20th

Follow the instructions to record your numbers
Upload and share your images adding them to your event. Your images will be automatically posted on Flickr. If you have video and audio from your event please let us know
